Welcome to the Becoming Seen podcast. I'm your host, Pam Hamilton. And if you've been on this journey with me for a bit, you know I originally started this podcast with the name I See You. But I had to make a pivot. You wouldn't believe how many podcasts are out there with that exact same name or some very similar variation? The name of this podcast actually had to go through a few iterations to get to this one, Becoming Seen, The Art and Science of Creating Authentic Visibility. I knew it was the right one the moment it rolled off my tongue. And it was so important to get the name right. I knew it had to stand out above the noise to be easily found.

Because you were out there and you were waiting to hear it. I mean, if you're a woman over 50 trying to go grow a business in today's digital age and know you're hiding in playing small Because the idea of putting yourself out there is, well, kinda terrifying?
